  • Travel Fees: For projects involving travel to Neighbor Islands or remote areas (e.g., Princeville, Pahala), travel fees and mobilization costs will be explicitly outlined and are non-refundable once travel has commenced.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging (Consent & Emergency Updates)
